Cegeka Sales Agents Management

Cegeka "Sales Agent Management" app integrates:

• Settlement of commissions based on external events (e.g. total or partial application of an invoice or expiration of the invoice)
• Possibility to limit commissions to sales invoices relating to goods and / or services
• Allows to include other elements besides billing in the calculation, such as "Rewards" and "Reimbursement of expenses"
• Manual detection of commissions entries
• Connected to the Purchasing Area: allows the issuance of supplier invoices to pay commissions to its agents

• Define commission matrix for customer, item, zone, priority level
• Allow to define Sales Team with a hierarchical structure
• Define periodicity of the commissions liquidation
• Calculate Commission Accruals by invoice date , due date, payment date
• Allow to modify agent on posted document
• Allow to manage commission using a dedicated journal
• Allow to have all the information to check the situation of the individual Salesperson
• Allow to generate Purchase Invoice for any Salesperson

Trial period is 30 days.
